VT. Inmates Assist in a Very Tuberville Thanksgiving

This past week, Windsor Southeast State Correctional inmates in the Offender Work Program have bagged over 6 tons of potatoes for donation to the Vermont Food Bank–potatoes from Tuberville’s plot in Williamstown.

Salvation Farms, a non-profit that helps re-distribute surplus agriculture throughout Vermont, worked with both the Department of Corrections and Tuberville to make this  possible for the holiday season.

The processed potatoes will be donated to the Vermont Food Bank to assist in feeding needy families. A special thank-you to all involved, including those at Salvation Farms, Southeast State Correctional, and Bob Chapelle for his continual support.
